Since recently the Shopware Version 5 is available.

The program package Shopware 5 offers a number of important changes and innovations, which are relevant for the concept “Emotional Shopping on any Device”. All customweb payment plugins are compatible with the newest version of Shopware.

What is new about the Shopware Version 5?

• New about this package is the full responsiveness of the frontend. This way, the different templates of all terminals will adjust to the screen size, which will simplify the handling for the customer. This encourages emotional shopping from smartphones to desktop PC. We already offer - where possible - a responsive integration of our payment modules. You can adjust the display of our payment module to your shop design via CSS.
• The administration surface was revised for shop owners. The backend is now more intuitive. The webpage filters were also fully revised for the Shopware version 5. The customer can now filter the articles by colour, material, fabricant, price etc.
• The new version also offers shop owners the possibility to shape their shop in a customer friendly way. Like this the conversion rate and the success of the brand should increase.
• Newly the feature “ infinite scrolling” can be activated, where the website pages load as soon as the customer reaches the end of one webpage.

All these innovations aim at the improvement and adjustments of the shopping experience for the customers. Additionally this version should simplify the shop administration for the shop owner.

What does that mean for the sellXed plugins?

All sellXed payment modules are ready for Shopware 5. We excessively tested Shopware 5 with their release candidates and we are now compatible with the newest version of Shopware 5.
