I completely updated my cart software, went from Cubecart to Prestashop but wanted to keep my SagePay card processing. Customweb were recommended through SagePay so I was happy that their software would work. Their options allow me to use the integration option I wanted and tailor it to my needs. I installed the software OK but I messed up with some settings so had to call their support. They sorted me out pretty quickly, were helpful and polite. Barclaycard portal. I couldn't have setup it all up without it.
I purchased this module to be used with the Ubercart system in Drupal. The installation was smooth, although the translated instructions could be clearer. The support desk was prompt and helpful in dealing with my queries. Even when the issue was at my host they still offered suggestions and guidance.
