Accept a multitude of credit and debit cards, eWallets as well as web-banking payment methods in your Shopware 5 shop without major expenditure.

With this module payments made via the gateway of Viveum can be integrated into your Shopware 5 shop. All sellxed modules are also PSD2 compliant and support the Strong Customer authentication and 3DS 2.0. requirements.

The module links your Shopware 5 shop to the payment system of Viveum. You receive a license of unlimited duration and are additionally granted free e-mail and telephone support during 12 months as well as access to all our updates and upgrades. Viveum officially recommends our modules for usage.

Product Description

Shopware 5 Viveum Payment Plugin supports the Hidden Authorisation. The Hidden Authorisation gives you the advantage that customers no longer have to leave your shop in order to enter their credit card data. The processing occurs unnoticed in the background between Shopware 5 and Viveum. No credit card data is saved. Requires PCI DSS SAQ A-EP Certification. In addition to Hidden Authorization, other authorization methods that are fully PCI DSS compliant (Payment Page, Widget, Iframe, etc.) are also supported. A detailed list of supported features can be found below.

Give your customers access to numerous new payment possibilities. Besides the known credit cards (Visa, Master Card, etc.) you can also integrate debit cards (PostFinance, Maestro, etc.) or eWallets (PayPal, Moneybookers, etc.) and web-banking payment methods (PostFinance E-Finance, sofortüberweisung, ELV/giropay, iDeal, Mister Cash, and many more). A detailed list of the supported payment methods can be found further below.

Due to the integration of the Token System the customer's order process is greatly simplified. Once the credit card data has been entered it can be saved for later purchases. The storage occurs with Viveum and is therefore fully PCI-compliant.

Viveum Payment Extension also supports capturing, cancellation and refund. This means that you can process payments directly from the administration interface of the shop and no longer have to log into Viveum. This simplifies the payment processing a lot. Further information on the transaction manager can be found under payment processing (see below).

With the Server Integration the customer is redirected to the payment page of Viveum for the completion of the payment process. In combination with the inFrame Integration the payment page can be loaded with the layout of the merchant's shop and the customer therefore does not realise that he has been redirected.

Due to the integration of the Alias Manager the customer's order process is greatly simplified. Once the credit card data has been entered it can be saved for later purchases. The storage occurs with Viveum and is therefore fully PCI-compliant.

Every payment method can be individually activated and configured. All relevant payment methods are supported. You'll find a detailed list of the payment methods here . The Shopware 5 Viveum Payment Plugin payment module supports numerous invoice processors (OpenInvoice). Now integrated are:

We guarantee the functionality of the payment module. You gain 12 months access to all updates and upgrades released by us. The RSS-Feed informs you about the latest changes and that the new version is ready for download in your customer account. Furthermore, you receive one year free support in case you encounter problems during the integration.

The module includes a detailed installation manual which guides you step by step through the installation process. Optionally you can also order the installation service of customweb Ltd.

After having confirmed the order the customer is transferred to the Payment Page of the PSP where he then enters the payment data. Once the payment has been effected, the customer is redirected to the merchant page.

Difference to Dynamic Template: The customer clearly sees that he has left the merchants website.

Difference to Hidden Authorisation: The customer is transferred to the PSP to enter his payment data in comparison to entering it in the shop.

Dynamic Template

Dynamic Template

The payment process with Dynamic Template is a further development of the Payment Page. Due to a dynamically loaded template, the layout of the PSP's payment interface is adapted to the layout of the merchant page. The customer therefore does not notice the redirection.

Difference to Payment Page: The layout of the PSP's payment interface coincides with the layout of the merchant page and the redirection therefore goes unnoticed.

Difference to Hidden Authorisation: The customer is transferred to the PSP to enter his payment data in comparison to entering it in the shop.

Alias Manager / Token System

The customer's credit card data is saved during the payment process in the PSPs database. The storage occurs with the PSP and is therefore fully PCI compliant. An alias is created for the credit card data which can then be retrieved during the next purchase. Through this, the customer does not have to enter his credit card data again.
