Whether credit or debit card, eWallets or web-banking, with this module you can accept all these payment methods in your PrestaShop shop. All sellxed modules are also PSD2 compliant and support the Strong Customer authentication and 3DS 2.0. requirements.

The module links your PrestaShop shop to the payment system of Datatrans. You receive a license of unlimited duration and are additionally granted free e-mail and telephone support during 12 months as well as access to all our updates and upgrades. Datatrans officially recommends our modules for usage.

Product Description

PrestaShop Datatrans Payment Module supports the Hidden Authorisation. The Hidden Authorisation gives you the advantage that customers no longer have to leave your shop in order to enter their credit card data. The processing occurs unnoticed in the background between PrestaShop and Datatrans. No credit card data is saved. Requires PCI DSS SAQ A-EP Certification. In addition to Hidden Authorization, other authorization methods that are fully PCI DSS compliant (Payment Page, Widget, Iframe, etc.) are also supported. A detailed list of supported features can be found below.

The PrestaShop Datatrans Payment Module is easy to install and fits neatly into your shop as an additional payment module. Choose between processing via Lightbox (as an overlay in your shop), Iframe or redirection to the Datatrans Payment Page. The processing of the credit card data takes place according to the current PCI regulations.

The Datatrans payment module enables you to process invoices via PowerPay, Byjuno or Swissbilling. In addition, you have the option to choose whether the payment method should be disabled if the credit check result is negative. In order to do this, the respective options have to be activated with Datatrans as well as the host.

Give your customers access to numerous new payment possibilities. Besides the known credit cards (Visa, Master Card, etc.) you can also integrate debit cards (PostFinance, Maestro, etc.) or eWallets (PayPal, Moneybookers, etc.) and web-banking payment methods (PostFinance E-Finance, sofortüberweisung, ELV/giropay, iDeal, Mister Cash, and many more). A detailed list of the supported payment methods can be found further below.

Datatrans Payment Extension also supports capturing, cancellation and refund. This means that you can process payments directly from the administration interface of the shop and no longer have to log into Datatrans. This simplifies the payment processing a lot. Further information on the transaction manager can be found under payment processing (see below).

Due to the integration of the Alias Manager the customer's order process is greatly simplified. Once the credit card data has been entered it can be saved for later purchases. The storage occurs with Datatrans and is therefore fully PCI-compliant.

With the PrestaShop Datatrans Payment Module Datatrans payment module you are able to take mail and phone orders (MoTo) directly from the backend of your shop.

The RSS-Feed informs you about the latest changes and that the new version is ready for download in your customer account. Furthermore, you receive one year free support in case you encounter problems during the integration.

After having confirmed the order the customer is transferred to the Payment Page of the PSP where he then enters the payment data. Once the payment has been effected, the customer is redirected to the merchant page.

Difference to Dynamic Template: The customer clearly sees that he has left the merchants website.

Difference to Hidden Authorisation: The customer is transferred to the PSP to enter his payment data in comparison to entering it in the shop.

Alias Manager / Token System

The customer's credit card data is saved during the payment process in the PSPs database. The storage occurs with the PSP and is therefore fully PCI compliant. An alias is created for the credit card data which can then be retrieved during the next purchase. Through this, the customer does not have to enter his credit card data again.
