Other Unknown Order Messages

For some problems during the payment you will find an error message in the error log of your PSP (Configuration > Error Logs). Here we have listed the meanings of the most common error messages and how the error can be fixed.

unknown order/0/x///FIN

Explanation: An error has occurred in connection with XML requests.

If you have this problem please contact us.

unknown order/0/r/

Explanation: The browser does not acknowledge your confirmation.

Cause:

  • The problem lies with your browser.

unknown order/1/x/

Explanation: A configuration in the Payment Service Provider's back-end is not allowed.

In this case please contact the merchant help of your Payment Service Provider.
