I completely updated my cart software, went from Cubecart to Prestashop but wanted to keep my SagePay card processing. Customweb were recommended through SagePay so I was happy that their software would work. Their options allow me to use the integration option I wanted and tailor it to my needs. I installed the software OK but I messed up with some settings so had to call their support. They sorted me out pretty quickly, were helpful and polite. We bought a Barclaycard module from Customweb. The module seamlessly integrates our Barclays ePDQ with the back-end of our PrestaShop. The customer service provided was extremely helpful and response to any queries very prompt. I would thoroughly recommend Customweb and their products to anyone.
This was our first PostFinance integration for which we tried one other OpenCart plugin (which didn't work well at all) before this customweb solution. I wish we had found the customweb extension first: costly as it first appears, it is excellent value for money!
Just follow the instructions and it works a treat. Best of all, I would say this is actually the easiest integration of all customisable payment gateways I have come across in 15 years of web experience. Hats off!
