Extensions

This was our first attempt at adding electronic payment facilities to one of our websites and we approached it with some concern as the details provided by our Payment Service Provider were sketchy to say the least. We struck gold with customweb. Not only was the product first class but the support provided was excellent. Fast, clear and detailed responses that helped us through this difficult process. We have no reservations in recommending customweb to other developers. Thanks again for all your help.

I've just set up the test environment for the Opencart BarclayCard module and (fingers crossed) everything is working like a dream. The instructions were spot on. No hitches at all. I'm so impressed. I would recommend this module to anyone setting up an online shop.

I have spent many years working with Joomla and love the platform. It has an enormous selection of extensions available some easier to install and apply than others. Sometimes this can be quite involved and one then needs support from the developers. Sadly with many extensions the support is woefully lacking even when one has paid quite a lot of money.

This is not the case with customweb who have been very responsive and helpful in helping me get my extension set up even when the issues were to do with a third party. As for the extension I was caught out. It installed so well I didn't even realise it had installed. Like all good extensions it just worked.
