They were recommended to us by WooCommerce, their software fits in perfectly to our solution, their technical support was solid and very quick and it was great to be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. I completely updated my cart software, went from Cubecart to Prestashop but wanted to keep my SagePay card processing. Customweb were recommended through SagePay so I was happy that their software would work. Their options allow me to use the integration option I wanted and tailor it to my needs. I installed the software OK but I messed up with some settings so had to call their support. They sorted me out pretty quickly, were helpful and polite.
