Extensions

I have spent many years working with Joomla and love the platform. It has an enormous selection of extensions available some easier to install and apply than others. Sometimes this can be quite involved and one then needs support from the developers. Sadly with many extensions the support is woefully lacking even when one has paid quite a lot of money.

This is not the case with customweb who have been very responsive and helpful in helping me get my extension set up even when the issues were to do with a third party. As for the extension I was caught out. It installed so well I didn't even realise it had installed. Like all good extensions it just worked.

Ils ont installé le module PostFinance pour OpenCart y compris le paramétrage du compte PostFinance en quelques heures alors qu'un autre module concurrent n'a jamais fonctionné. Notre entreprise fera appel à customweb pour nos autres e-shop. Je recommande sans hésiter cette entreprise car le service est professionnel, rapide et compétent.

I completely updated my cart software, went from Cubecart to Prestashop but wanted to keep my SagePay card processing. Customweb were recommended through SagePay so I was happy that their software would work. Their options allow me to use the integration option I wanted and tailor it to my needs. I installed the software OK but I messed up with some settings so had to call their support. They sorted me out pretty quickly, were helpful and polite.
