Extensions

I was able to download the plugin as soon as I had finished checking out in the online shop. It was then a simple install to get it into Wordpress. The user guide that it came with was amazing and talked me through every step of the way for both the plugin and the
Barclaycard portal. I couldn't have setup it all up without it.

I have spent many years working with Joomla and love the platform. It has an enormous selection of extensions available some easier to install and apply than others. Sometimes this can be quite involved and one then needs support from the developers. Sadly with many extensions the support is woefully lacking even when one has paid quite a lot of money.

This is not the case with customweb who have been very responsive and helpful in helping me get my extension set up even when the issues were to do with a third party. As for the extension I was caught out. It installed so well I didn't even realise it had installed. Like all good extensions it just worked.

I'm so glad I found customweb to help with the integration of my client's payment gateway. They responded fast to my initial enquiry and completed the task within 24 hours and it worked perfectly first time. What a refreshing change to find such a helpful and knowledgeable company.
