This was our first attempt at adding electronic payment facilities to one of our websites and we approached it with some concern as the details provided by our Payment Service Provider were sketchy to say the least. We struck gold with customweb. Not only was the product first class but the support provided was excellent. Fast, clear and detailed responses that helped us through this difficult process. I completely updated my cart software, went from Cubecart to Prestashop but wanted to keep my SagePay card processing. Customweb were recommended through SagePay so I was happy that their software would work. Their options allow me to use the integration option I wanted and tailor it to my needs. I installed the software OK but I messed up with some settings so had to call their support. They sorted me out pretty quickly, were helpful and polite.
