I completely updated my cart software, went from Cubecart to Prestashop but wanted to keep my SagePay card processing. Customweb were recommended through SagePay so I was happy that their software would work. Their options allow me to use the integration option I wanted and tailor it to my needs. I installed the software OK but I messed up with some settings so had to call their support. They sorted me out pretty quickly, were helpful and polite. I purchased this module to be used with the Ubercart system in Drupal. The installation was smooth, although the translated instructions could be clearer. The support desk was prompt and helpful in dealing with my queries. Even when the issue was at my host they still offered suggestions and guidance.

Das Standard-PayPal-Modul eines unserer modified eCommerce Shops erzeugte zunehmend Fehler und Störungen. Grösste Probleme entstanden, wenn der Bezahlprozess aus irgend einem technischen Grund abbrach. Der Kunde glaubte dann er habe bezahlt. In unserem Shop wurde aber eine neue Bestellung angezeigt bei der die Bezahlung von PayPal abgelehnt war. Aufgrund guter Erfahrungen mit Modulen von der Customweb GmbH beschlossen wir das neue PayPal-Modul dieser Firma zu kaufen. Es liess sich problemlos und einfach einbauen. Eigentlich musste man es nur aktivieren. Seitdem funktioniert die Bezahlung über PayPal wieder problemlos. Das neue Modul hat dazu noch den Vorteil, dass nur tatsächliche Zahlungen in PayPal zu einer Bestellung im Shop führen. Bei technischen Rückfragen, wurde auch schnell und professionell reagiert.
